Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was wonderful! The rooms are lovely and spacious, with exposed brick and beams that create a cozy ambiance. Being located over the restaurant and outdoor patio was a nice touch as we could enjoy our pizza without the lingering smell in our room. The service was top-notch, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home after a long journey. The location in the heart of Pulaski was perfect for exploring the area, although it felt a bit like a cultural desert at times. The dining experience was what I expected from this place, although the Bernese sausages were a bit of a letdown. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge and beautiful, boasting a 2-sink bathroom and a tall, comfy queen bed. The hardwood floors and wooden furniture added a touch of elegance. Despite being at the rear of the building, the rooms were very spacious and decorated beautifully. The service was polite and helpful, deserving a solid 5 stars. The location, although in a town trying to rebuild itself post-NAFTA apocalypse, was in the heart of Pulaski next to a park and away from the train, offering a unique experience. Facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spotless, well-serviced daily, and had a nice touch with a kitchen and living area overlooking the river. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my travel experience a breeze. Although the town is still rebuilding post-NAFTA, the hotel's central location in Pulaski was convenient for exploring the Southwest VA area. The dining options were more than adequate, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, I wished for more dining variety and some more cultural activities in the area.
